Simon is Principal Consultant, Assessment Services and a Chartered Business Psychologist with PSI Middle East. With over 20 years consultancy experience at an international level (Europe, Middle East, Asia Pacific), he has designed and delivered customised, high impact organisational assessment and development strategies, to both international blue chip organisations as well as Government / Semi-Government entities. He is regarded as a specialist in selection, assessment, coaching, leadership and talent management using a broad range of psychometric instruments.

Prior to leading Assessment Services for PSI, Simon worked with TechnipFMC, a world leader in project management, engineering and construction for the energy sector, as the HR Transformation Manager of the APAC Region post-merger. His role was to work with HR teams to define HR and Talent-related services managing a budget $2m for people development. Simon holds a MSc Occupational Psychology and is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and is a Member of the Association for Coaching (AfC).
