Saule Menane today is an independent Consultant and Coach who up until 2016 enjoyed a 15-years prestigious career with Shell International as an Organisational Effectiveness Consultant. She has worked across the world, spending extensive time in the Netherlands, Brunei, UK and UAE. Her key areas of expertise extend to strategy formation, business performance turnaround, safety leadership, continuous improvement and Leadership Team effectiveness.

For Shell, she designed and facilitated over 100 workshops on developing strategy and business improvements and was personally involved in the Executive Coaching of Board Directors. In Brunei specifically, she was asked to manage business performance turnaround programs, lead change management for an organisational restructuring of a 700-employee department and to design and implement Bruneian Talent development strategies

Saule holds an MBA from Warwick Business School, UK, she is a Certified Organisational Development Practitioner with the Institute of Applied Behavioural Science, and an Associate Certified Coach with International Coaching Federation (ICF).
