Nick is the Vice President of Talent Acquisition for Etihad Airways where he has led change across the talent acquisition lifecycle to develop the candidate experience, quality of applications, attraction strategy through team development, technology and assessment tools. Prior to Etihad, Nick worked for 5 years with Mubadala, an Abu Dhabi investment company with $55Bn assets in the Aerospace, Energy, Healthcare and Technology sectors.
He started his journey as Global Talent Acquisition Advisor before being moved to MDC – A Mubadala Company, as Senior Vice President Human Resources. In this capacity he introduced new HR Strategy and Operating Models, led design and delivery of new technology platform for Human Resources Services and shaped the Competency Framework to support a range of talent activities including assessment and development. Prior to this he ran Global Recruiting Operations for SAP a global technology company where he drove improvements in efficiency and customer experience for over 10K hires per annum.
Nick’s passion and expertise lies in working with companies to improve their talent processes and designing and implementing new service models to help them perform better through people. He holds a degree in Geography from the University of Leicester, UK.
