Latifa is the Human Resources Director for the Saudi Industrial Development Fund (SIDF) where she has recently led a significant people transformation. She implemented a ground-breaking compensation review and launched multiple learning and development initiatives for Leaders and new Graduates. Latifa has also spearheaded an initiative to identify and develop high potential individuals from across the organisation as part of SIDF’s Succession Planning Strategy.

A well-versed organisational change practitioner, her career has seen her establish the Human Resources function and implement a talent acquisition process, talent management strategy and sit on the Remuneration and Nomination Committee for AXA Insurance in the Kingdom. Prior to this work with Banque Saudi Fransi as a Senior HR Business Partner. She worked with business leads and C-Level Executives to ensure the timely delivery of HR services to support business strategy. Latifa’s passion is for understanding organisational culture and driving positive, impactful change.

Latifa holds an Executive MBA from London Business School, an MSc in Human Resources Design, CIPD Level 5 HR Management and a Bachelors in English / Arabic Translation.
