Dr. Ron is the Assessment Director for Saudi Telecom Company (STC) the third largest employer in the Kingdom. The Assessment Facility exists to support all the key talent-related activities from recruitment and selection, to the identification of high potential and the development of leadership. Dr. Ron holds a PhD in Clinical Psychology from Northwestern University - Feinberg School of Medicine, USA. Prior to joining STC he has had the privilege of consulting for several multinationals, including Walmart, McDonald's, Royal Dutch Shell, and Saudi Aramco. He excels in helping organisations to think, strategise, challenge and action their goals and identify opportunities in the key areas of leadership, people and results.

Dr. Ron has presented at conferences in London, Dubai, Singapore, and Cairo, and has over 35 years of experience in advising, speaking and training for multiple organisations. He has developed his own specialist assessment approach based on the creation of unique algorithms which are at the heart of his consulting and coaching, as well as assessment and analysis for top leaders. These make his approach unique and more effective, especially when addressing high stake leadership and corporate challenges.
