Abi White leads the Learning Solutions practice for PSI; a world-leading team of Workplace Psychologists active across 17 countries. Abi has over 20 years’ experience in designing and facilitating leadership development initiatives, Executive Coaching and developing Human Capital Solutions in the talent management space.

Before joining the PSI Middle East team in 2013, she was Director of Performance, Talent and Training for Dubai Holding and prior to that, Learning & Development Manager for Jumeirah Hotel Group Corporate Training Centre for 7 years.  Abi holds a Masters in Occupational Psychology, a Bachelors in Business Management and is Certified with the Chartered Institute of Personnel (CIPD). 

She is a Certified Coach with the  International Coaching Federation (ICF), a Licensed Facilitator of Stephen Covey’s ‘7 habits for Highly Effective People’ and ‘Speed of Trust’ curriculum, a Certified Facilitator of the Emotional Intelligence Leadership Programmes with EIP3 and EQi, and accredited to use a range of workplace psychometrics.
